1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
The value and the delivery time vary according to the delivery address. IT IS PRIMARY THAT YOU ENTER CORRECT DATA since it is your responsibility to inform where the product should arrive. Our products are dispatched within 10 (ten) business days after the accreditation of your payment. All shipping costs that occur for purchases within u3store.es are the sole responsibility of our customers, except expressly stated otherwise (for example, in the case of promotions).
At U3 TRADE we put a lot of effort so that orders are dispatched correctly and are delivered as quickly as possible. At the end of your order, you will receive an email with all the information about it, including the delivery address. If, in case, you need to change the shipping information after having paid, it will be necessary for you to contact us through our email contacto@fleurity.com.ar, our phone +54 9 11 27879523, or even the On Line Chat and we will change it as long as it has not been dispatched.
If there are errors in the shipping address and the order cannot be delivered, the order returns to U3 TRADE within approximately 10 business days. In this case, we will contact you to coordinate a new shipment. For these cases, shipping will be charged again.
Once the product has been delivered to the carrier in charge of the shipment, you will receive an identification number to track the product, as well as the customer service telephone number of said company, to make any questions. It is important that you keep this information received, in order to make any claim.
Once the purchase order has been dispatched, it is not possible to change the delivery address. The delivery of the merchandise will be agreed at the address that the User provided for it. If you are not at the address at the time of delivery, the carrier will make a second visit. If they still cannot deliver the merchandise, they will leave a phone number so that the User can directly schedule the delivery with them.
U3 TRADE the merchandise is insured during the time the merchandise is in transit to the delivery address. From the moment the merchandise is delivered in condition and after signing the acknowledgment of receipt, the responsibility for the delivered products becomes yours.
The products are delivered with the original packaging of www.U3store.es . In the event that the User receives the product in poor condition, he must not forget to inform our site of this by sending an email to contacto@fleurity.com.ar.
2. RETURNS
Returns are managed through the following procedure:
By email to: info@u3trade.com. The product must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered, including all the internal packaging, manuals and its box. We do not accept returns of open products. Refunds or credit notes are subject to verification of the status of the products after their return.
